What the SlimSet desks cannot do

Two separate waits sit at the end of a refund and they are often reported as one. They are not.
The two refund waits are worth planning for. Three to five business days is the desk processing the return, and five to ten days after that is the card network moving the money. A refund started on the fifty-ninth day is inside the window even though the money lands well outside it.
