The SlimSet Blog

This label prints an amount against all five of its actives and a standardisation against three of them, which means every row can be converted into the compound the research studied and set beside the dose that research used. Four of the first five articles do that conversion on one row at a time. The fifth teaches the method, so it works on any bottle.

All eight SlimSet articles

Raspberry Ketone Has No Human Trial

A famous ingredient whose research record has never caught up with its reputation.

How these are put together

Every article carries the SlimSet Team byline, a visible last-updated date, and a short list of public sources you can open and read for yourself. Three of the first five are unflattering to the bottle beside them, because a blog that only agrees with the product is an advertisement with subheadings. Corrections go to [email protected] and move the review date forward.

Where to start, depending on what you want to know about SlimSet

  • If you are counting your day, start with the caffeine article. It is the only ingredient here that acts on a clock of hours, and it is the one people forget to count.
  • If you want to know why a printed amount can still be too small, start with chlorogenic acid and the 500 mg threshold.
  • If you have read something alarming about garcinia and the liver, start with the article on the combination. It has the numbers and the denominator.
  • If you are wondering why an ingredient nobody has tested is on a label at all, start with raspberry ketone.
  • If you want to read any supplement panel better, start with the label-reading article and then look at the supplement facts page.
Written and reviewed by the SlimSet Team at Myslimset

Every page, every journal post, the bottle facts and the ingredients go through review by Dr. Dyan Hes, MD before they ship. We write these pages from the SlimSet label artwork and the seller’s own pack page. This label prints an amount for all five actives and a standardisation for three of them, so we carry the arithmetic through to the milligrams each capsule delivers and set that figure beside the amount the published trials used. Where the seller’s wording goes past the bottle, we say whose wording it is. Corrections go onto the page itself and move the review date forward. Write to [email protected].
